About
I’m Dima. I help B2B fintech teams make complex products easier to understand, trust, and adopt.
I am a product strategy and adoption operator with ten years of experience across identity, credit and risk infrastructure, enterprise technology, AI, journalism, events, open source, Web3, and venture.
I work with teams building B2B fintech products, navigating technical complexity, or trying to turn an early product thesis into a repeatable adoption system.
What I do
What problem are we solving, for whom, and why will they choose this product now?
My work often starts with a question that sounds simple and is not. From there, I work across the layers required to answer it in market.
- B2B fintech product strategy
- Identity, risk, and trust infrastructure
- Customer insight and product positioning
- Product-led go-to-market and launch
- Enterprise partnerships and ecosystem development
- Event-led GTM and editorial programming
- Founder narrative and investor communications
Operating style
I am at my best when:
- The problem is still undefined and the team needs someone to find the shape of it.
- The product is technically strong but commercially hard to explain.
- Momentum matters and the team needs a senior operator who can move between strategy and execution.
- Ownership is real. Give me context, a problem worth solving, and room to make calls.
A few beliefs
Technology needs a point of view
A feature list is not a category. Great products need a perspective on what is changing and why they are the right response.
Fintech products earn trust before they earn adoption
For identity, risk, and financial infrastructure, a clear product story is part of the product. Customers need to understand the system, see where it fits, and trust the value it creates before they will change behaviour.
Distribution begins in the product
The best go-to-market systems are not bolted on after launch. They are shaped into product decisions, onboarding, customer education, community, and the reasons people share.
Good work compounds
A strong message becomes a sales conversation, a launch, a partnership brief, a product principle, and a hiring signal. I build with that compounding effect in mind.
Beyond the operating work
An editorial mind, applied to products.
I began with journalism and still bring an editorial mindset to every project. I research deeply, find the human tension inside a technical story, ask better questions, and make the important point clear.
I also design live experiences and programmes. Events are one of the most underused GTM tools when they are treated as more than a logo wall and a stage. Done well, they create market insight, relationships, partnerships, content, and momentum at the same time.
I think in moving pictures. I make things with words and images, including essays, comics and videos.
That creative practice is not separate from my work. It is how I stay attentive to culture, human behaviour, and the emotional side of technology adoption.
I am also an avid reader and maintain a digital library of the ideas, systems, and stories informing my work. Reading is part of my product practice: it gives me a wider frame for recognising patterns, asking better questions, and seeing beyond the immediate brief.
